Reporting Instructions

Non-local students: Report to Building 1670 (Abrams Hall) NLT 2359 the day before the class start date. Bus transportation will be provided to Long Hall the following morning; report time is 0830 in front of Abrams Hall on the class start date.

Local students: Report to Building 5210 (Long Hall, Room 163) NLT 0850 on the class start date.

  1. Uniform OCPs
  2. Bring the Following Documents:
    1. Military I.D. Card
    2. Orders for Master Gunner School (DD Form 1610 / Defense Travel System (DTS) / Official Orders / School Service Worksheet)
    3. Certificate of Training: COFT/COFT SA I/O (within 12 months of class start date)
    4. Certificate of Training: Vehicle Crew Evaluator (within 12 months of class start date)
    5. Memorandum for Record from BN/SQDN Master Gunner or BN/SQDN Commander showing completion of Unit MGPAC (within 12 months of class start date)
    6. GT VI Common Crew Rollup as a Bradley Commander or Gunner (within 12 months of class start date or within 24 months for reserve component)
    7. Printed Soldier Talent Profile (STP) showing 12 months rated time as a Bradley Commander or Gunner
    8. BTAC Certificate (within 12 months of class start date for NG Only)
  3. Packing list enclosed with welcome letter
