Welcome to the Marksmanship Master Trainer Course

The Marksmanship Master Trainer Course produces a Subject Matter Expert within the formation that commanders at all levels can use to assist in developing Home Station training and be a "ready resource" within the tactical formation to work solutions to marksmanship training problems and issues. This course will train Noncommissioned Officers as technical experts in marksmanship training, small arms maintenance, and planning marksmanship training. Graduates will serve as the primary trainer who certifies marksmanship trainers within their organization on maintenance and qualification training utilizing the current issue pistol, current issue rifle/carbine, bore light, thermal sights, optics, and backup iron sight. While the course integrates current U.S. Army Marksmanship doctrine, it also introduces the execution of newly developed marksmanship training techniques and equipment.
