Prerequisites

*Effective 011100 May 21, prerequisites for attendance, graduation requirements, all course material align with and adhere to current Army policies for ACFT implementation, record physical fitness data (APFT), and HT/WT requirements across all TRADOC courses will be enforced IAW AR 350-1 para 3–13.*

Active Army or Reserve Component Commissioned Officers (BC 19A) and Noncommissioned Officers (SPC (P) to SFC), who are assigned to, or may be assigned to an MGS-equipped unit.

Upon successful completion of the MGS Commander's Course, officers and Non-Commissioned officers in the MOS's of 19D, and 19A are granted the R4 ASI.
