Mission


To transform civilians into disciplined 11C10 Indirect Fire Infantrymen that possess the Army Values, Fundamental Soldier Skills, Physical Fitness, Character, Confidence, Commitment, and the Warrior Ethos.

Course Scope


Provides a logical progression of individual skills and tasks selected to develop a disciplined, confident soldier proficient in common entry-level 11C10 specific tasks. The course develops Self-Discipline, Motivation, Physical Readiness, and Proficiency in all mortar related weapon systems to include (60mm, 81mm, 120mm, MSK Trailer, and Stryker MCV) that will enable the Soldier to become a productive member of a unit.

Prerequisites


This course is open to Active Army and Reserve Component Enlisted Personnel, SGT (non- promotable) and below, upon entry into MOS 11C10. The Soldier must meet the enlistment standards prescribed in AR 611-201 for MOS 11C10 Indirect Fire Infantryman no physical limitations and visual acuity correctable to 20/30 in each eye.
