G37 Future Plans

Mission

The G37 develops future plans 4 to 24 months out. G37 analyzes possible solutions to future missions from the Commanding General's guidance to enhance training effectiveness and performance while optimizing training timelines. The Strategic Plans Division coordinates and synchronizes efforts with other staff and organizations to achieve the overall end state as part of the Commander's vision. The G37 develops the long range strategic plans that will move the Maneuver Center toward the Commanding General's vision of how the MCoE will operate in the year 2015.

Strategic Planning

  • Analyze Commander’s Intent and vision to plan future MCoE operations.
  • Establish planning processes that implement the Commanding General’s guidance and vision.
  • Identify Future Requirements that affect the MCoE and the Commanding General.
  • Monitor, review and provide MCoE input into the TRADOC and CAC Campaign Plans.
  • Host deconfliction meetings with Brigade S-3’s, which optimizes MCoE assets, training, and resources.
  • Organize BASE4D design, implementation and management.
  • Coordinate and manage Education Technology implementation in support of TRADOC Enterprise Classroom 21 programs.
  • Maintain the MCoE Short and Long Range Planning Calendars.
  • Plan, synchronize and coordinate annual recurring events for MCoE.
  • Manage systems used to track MCoE events and training.
  • Develop command wide plans and priorities that assist in producing more effective and efficient training.

Future planning

  • Develop the next MCoE Campaign Plan.
  • Plan the annual Maneuver Center Conference.
  • Synchronize and provide oversight of VIP visits.
  • Manage the implementation of BASE4D while correcting identified issues within the system.
  • Coordinate, validate and oversee the installation of all Classroom 21 equipment (476 Classrooms).
  • Provide Command level oversight of the contracting/procurement vehicle Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) which facilitates the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
  • Committee member of Training Land Expansion Program.
  • Committee member of Army Learning Concept (ALC) 2015.
