Personnel Claim
Personnel Claims may be submitted by military personnel and DA civilians for losses incurred incident to their service. These claims typically include the following: Household goods losses/damages during shipment; POV shipment damage; on-post POV theft, and vandalism; on-post quarters damage and theft; and unusual occurrence such as fire, flood, and hurricane.
As of 5 July 2017, the Fort Benning Office of the Staff Judge Advocate will no longer adjudicate these type of claims. For more information, please see the press release.
