Our office offers Will, Trust and Advanced Medical Directive services by appointment only. Prior to scheduling your appointment, a Will Packet and additional documents must be completed and returned to our office. Please email here with your name, number and 'WILL PACKET REQUEST' and we will email you the forms and instructions to set up an appointment.
Generally, your Will should be completed in two phases. The first is an initial phone appointment – you will speak with one of our attorneys, discuss your wishes and receive advice from your attorney on the best way to include these wishes in your Will. Then your attorney will prepare a draft of the document(s). After you review and approve the draft e-mailed to you by your attorney, we will set a second appointment for you to visit our office and execute the documents with an attorney. Our office staff will serve as witnesses, you do not need to bring your own. If you have questions about setting up an appointment, please call 706-545-8273 during regular business hours, and we can talk through the process with you.
