Tailored Training Employment


Army Need: Instructors and course planners require innovative methods to develop and deliver adaptable, versatile, learner-centric training, which can be tailored to individual learning needs across a wide range of training environments and increasingly complex systems.

Purpose: Develop ways to enhance Soldiers’ learning using strategies, metrics, and tools tailored to evolving individual learning needs, experiential backgrounds, and training environments.
