Mission


The Total Army Training System (TATS) Cell, is an attachment of the Directorate of Training and Doctrine (DOTD) under the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE). The TATS cell supports Active Duty and Army National Guard (ARNG) schools, ARNG Regional Training Institutes (RTI), and Soldiers by updating TRADOC approved courseware that is TATS compliant and Training Operations Management Activity (TOMA) approved for funding. The TATS Cell has the responsibility of creating, developing and updating assigned Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE) Programs of Instruction (POI). The TATS Cell is flexible in their duties and responsibilities and will often act as a liaison with the National Guard Bureau, U.S. Army Infantry School, U.S. Army Armor School, Army National Guard Warrior Training Center (WTC), Directorate of Quality Assurance (DQA), The Army School System (TASS), One Army Schools System (OASS), and the Officer Candidate School (OCS) Subject Matter Experts (SME).
