Reporting
All incoming MCCC Students must report to B Co 3-81 AR BN in building 4, Room W131 at 0900 on the report date listed on their orders. If a student's leave ends prior to the report date they must sign in from leave with either B Co (0830-1600 Monday through Friday) or with the Staff Duty NCO in McGinnis-Wickham Hall (If after normal duty hours or a non-duty day).Report back to B Co in building 4, Room W131 the next duty day at 0900 for in-processing.
Service Members that are approved for PTDY at their losing unit will take their PTDY and report to the gaining unit at the end of their leave as long as it is before their report day. **No PTDY will be granted from this unit after their report date. This is due to them starting MCCC the day after their report date and that schedule not allowing for the student to miss 10 days of class.**
Upon arrival to B Co the students need to have the following documents:
- 1 Signed copy of your leave form (With stamp from housing if they took PTDY)
- 8 Copies of PCS Orders
- 1 Copy of their ORB
- 1 Copy of their Government Travel 101 Training Certificate (If they have a card)
All in-processing paperwork will be given to the students by B Co at building 4. Students must not report to building 35 to in-process. All students will be given all the paperwork they need and instructions for in-processing after they report to B Co.

On Post Housing
On-Post Housing is available for LTs and CPTs here for BOLCs and MCCC. Living on Post is not only convenient but greatly reduces the risks associated with having to travel great distances to and from your duty location. The CG's initiative is to house more students on Post to assist with mitigating risks and provide a more convenient location for students and their families.
