Provides training for MRTs that attended the MRT Course prior to March 2014, critical updates on Version 3.0 curriculum and retraining on MRT Skills. Successful completion of training will allow unit MRTs to properly execute Resilience training, assisting the company commander in executing the Resilience Program, and helping Soldiers be more resilient in their personal and professional lives.
Version 3.1 is an update version of the Master Resilience Trainer course that implements two Enhanced Performance lessons and has been restructured in sequence the skills are taught during the course. The updated version 3.1 and provides more application based examples on how to utilize the skills in Soldiers’ personal and professional life.
The Master Resilience Trainer Version 3.1 Refresher Course (MRT-C) is a course that will provide established MRTs the updated curriculum of the Master Resilience Course. The updated curriculum includes 14 skills highlighting the two Enhanced Performance Skills of Energy Management and Goal Setting. Students will learn how the mind-body activation levels impact performance and practice deliberate breathing to thrive under pressure. Goal setting is another tool that will provide students with a highly researched step by step plan to achieve a meaningful goal.
Soldiers taking this course will return to the force with the ability to teach the updated Version 3.1 curriculum of MRT. Additionally, they will able to apply these skills to unit performances in order to improve Soldiers mental toughness. Students will be evaluated and required to teach back the two Enhanced Performance skills of Energy Management and Goal Setting to receive certification of the MRT Version 3.1 curriculum.

Soldiers will be MRT qualified with a school date or 1 March 2014 and earlier. All students attending to course shall be exempt for all additional duties while in attendance. Students cannot miss more than two (2) hours of class. Students will be rescheduled for a later class to insure they do not miss necessary appointments.
