Faculty Development and Recognition Program (FDRP)

• Outlined in TR 600-21 (updated 2 May 2018) and MCoE FDRP Policy (updated August 2020)
• FDRP deals with awarding Army-level instructor badges (Basic, Senior, Master); program participation is voluntary and developmental; not automatically awarded for being an instructor - think EIB
• SFDB runs the EIC course; units need EIC graduates to evaluate instructors wanting to earn an AIB; EIC also available in ALMS
• BDE CDR (COL) can approve Army Basic and Senior Instructor Badges
• All MCoE brigades have an FDRP program – have your FDRP manager brief you on your program
