Mission

Develops instructor, training developer, and leader competencies within the MCoE faculty, cadre, and staff to ensure that MCoE courses provide students with quality learning experiences that enhance the combat effectiveness of the current and future maneuver force.

Organization

Key Functions:

  • Teach the mission load (all newly assigned instructors and training developers) ~ 1000 per year
  • Execute the MCoE Instructor of the Quarter/Year program
  • MCoE action agent for Instructor Certification
  • MCoE action agent for the Army Faculty Development and Recognition Program (Army badging)
