Identification Cards

The ID Card Center is located in The Soldier for Life Center, building 9230 next to the commissary. Hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Wednesday and Friday. Thursday 10:10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed for lunch 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. We are closed on ALL federal and training holidays. Weapons Registration process:

Complete the weapons registration form: FM (DES) FORM 190-11-R
Provide to Unit Commander.
Soldier’s unit Commander sign, scan and email the completed form to: usarmy.moore.imcom.list.des-admin-records-list@army.mil
All others will sign, scan and email the completed form to: usarmy.moore.imcom.list.des-admin-records-list@army.mil
Completed form will be returned to the Unit Commander/sender when the process is completed.
If there are any issues please come by the Military Police Station Building 215, 6796 Kilgore Street.

Registering your vehicle:

You are no longer required to register your vehicle on Fort Benning
