Civilians requesting reinstatement/restricted driving privileges (RDP) will send an email by Clicking here with the Civilian RDP Request (Template Below) requesting reinstatement/RDP. The email should include the persons full name, law enforcement number or SSN, the Civilian RDP Request, and supporting documents for the RDP.

Military members requesting reinstatement of driving privileges will submit a written MFR (Soldier RDP Request below), applicable proof of training (ie. SUDCC completion, DUI School), and any relevant documentation supporting the suspension of driving privileges (ie. police report, accident report, etc.) to the Brigade Legal Office.
Processing time: 4-6 weeks.
