Fort Benning Administrative Law assigns attorneys as Legal Advisors/Legal Reviewers for the following FLIPLS.

  • Legal Advisor: Though not required, the adlaw office will assign a legal advisor to any FLIPL investigation if requested.

  • Investigating Officers Rank and Name:
  • Attached signed appointment orders:
  • Type of Investigation: (15-6, FLIPL, LOD)
  • Keywords “if applicable”: (SHARP, EO, IG, Trainee Abuse, Suicide, Death)
  • Date of Appointment:
  • Date Due:
  • IO’s contact number:
  • The subject of the email should read “Legal Advisor Request – [Type of Investigation, Keyword] – [Rank Last Name, First Name].

  • Legal Review: All requests for FLIPL legal reviews will be sent on the Army electronic Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (eFLIPL) website. FLIPL IO’s will process this through their local S4/G4 for routing in eFLIPL.
