MILITARY MATTERS

We handle numerous matters related to your life and career as a Soldier unless the matter involves UCMJ action, a chapter or separation action, and/or Non-judicial punishment (NJP) in the form of an Article 15. These matters are handled by Trial Defense Services (TDS), which is different and separate from our office.

The most common matters for which Soldiers seek legal assistance involve rebutting financial liability as a result of a FLIPL, appealing GOMORs and seeking general advice when the Soldier feels he or she is being treated unfairly by the chain of command. However, we also see clients for numerous other reasons, including Hardship Separations, Compassionate Reassignments and removal of negative information from the OMPF.
