Fort Benning Administrative Law Hearing Officer processes all Fort Benning Post Bar/Denials. The process to appeal a post bar is below. Please ensure you are following the process to avoid an unnecessary delay in your request.
Civilians:
Civilians requesting to appeal the post bar/denial will send an email by clicking here with the Civilian Bar/Denial Appeal Request (CBAR) (Template Below) requesting access to the installation. The email should include the persons full name, law enforcement number or SSN, the CBAR letter, and supporting documents for the request.
If email cannot be used, please mail the request and all supporting documents to:
