Trial Defense Service (TDS)

TDS provides conflict-free legal services to Soldiers who have adverse criminal or administrative actions initiated against them at no cost to the Soldier. All Soldiers are entitled to TDS representation by virtue of being subject to the UCMJ. Appointments are not necessary.
