Mission


The 199th H2F provides services and care to all Soldiers assigned to Ft. Benning as well as Soldiers specific to the 199th Infantry Brigade.

Our goal at Redcatcher H2F is to develop human performance-focused leaders by assessing, improving, and sustaining Soldier's abilities to meet the demands of their military occupational specialties, duty assignments, and tasks associated with the demands of combat.

Our program is comprised of licensed professionals specializing in physical therapy, athletic training, strength & conditioning, cognitive performance, and dietetics. Our goal is to increase Soldier access to the care and direction of professionals to optimize Soldier and unit readiness by focusing on the five pillars: Sleep, Nutrition, Physical Readiness, Mental Readiness, and Spiritual Readiness.


Who We Serve


We serve all students, cadre, and permanent party in the 199th Infantry Brigade and those Soldiers who are assigned to a unit with human performance teams.
