The US Army Reserve Liaison provides assistance in the reception, processing, counseling, and training management of Reserve Soldiers on initial active duty for training (IADT) and active duty for training (ADT) orders. The USAR Liaison is the central point of coordination and communications at TRADOC activities for USARC, USAREC, and the Reserve Soldier's parent unit on matters pertaining to resolving recruitment problems, military occupational specialty (MOS) training, new start actions, and issues of concern to the individual Soldier.
