Mission
Our Squadron's mission is to transform civilian volunteers into disciplined, competent, and committed Scouts and Armored Crewmen ready to fight and win in the crucible of ground combat. While that is what we do, we also must understand what we are for. We serve as stewards of the Army Values and introduce citizens to our culture and lifelong profession. Every interaction we have serves as our trainees first example of how we operate in the Army.
Vision
Lions Live the Army Values. We will be the example at all times, paragons of discipline, competence and commitment. We care for our own, cadre and trainees alike. Lions will provide tough and realistic training to prepare our trainees for the demands of large-scale combat operations.
