Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate, students must pass the following events:
Land Navigation Practical Exam (GO/NO-GO)
Communications Practical Exam (GO/NO-GO)
Graded Patrols (GO/NO-GO)
Minimum 50% in all graded positions (Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and RTO)
Written Exams: Students will take four total written exams during the course. These tests are not droppable however students are subject to receiving a SPOT report if they fail a test or do not maintain GPA throughout the course. All written test must score 60% or higher. Re-test maximum score 60%. Accumulative score over the four tests must be 70% or higher. Test results will be considered in the event of a company board.

At the completion of all graded events, students who fall into one of the following two categories will attend a Company board to determine whether the student has passed or failed the course.
Category 1 (Graded Patrols): Students who fail to maintain an overall GO rate of at least 50% on graded patrols
Category 2 (Spot Reports): Students who receive three (3) major-negative spot reports for failure to perform during the course
Peers: Students will complete peer evaluations at the end of the course. The results are not a part of the graduation criteria, but will be considered in the event of a company board. Be honest in the feedback you provide your peers.
Serious Observation Reports: At any point if a student commits an unsafe act or undermines the integrity of the course, an investigation will occur and the student could potentially face immediate removal from the course.
