The Enlisted Career Management NCO’s mission includes the following: Advises the Chief of Infantry and the United States Army Infantry School CSM on all Infantry enlisted matters; Advises Soldiers on career progression and promotion opportunities; prepares enlisted promotion/selection board guidance; develops and controls Standards of Grade; maintains/controls MOS inventory; maintains special skills inventory; recommends enlisted separation policy; maintains communication with Soldiers in the field; and assists in maintaining the Infantry Enlisted Personnel Development web page.

Serve in a diverse variety of Skill Level 1 Infantry Positions
