Mission


Assists and advises the MCoE G3 and Director of DPTMS on all matters in support of TRADOC units, TRADOC/ IMCOM directorates and FORSCOM units at FBGA. Serves as the centralized tasking agency for the MCoE, coordinates and tasks for all TRADOC, FORSCOM and IMCOM installation support requirements to include Non-Tenants units’ support. Coordinates and prepares OPORDs and FRAGOs to support or implement projects and directed missions of this headquarters. Coordinates the installation Staff Inspection Visits and the Staff Inspection Program at the Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) level to provide a routine realistic assessment of the MSC attainment of established MCoE administrative and operational goals and standards.

Central Tasking Office (CTO):


  • Responsible for all external and internal taskings.
  • Responsible for input to the daily FRAGO and generating OPORDs and follow on FRAGO’s for taskings.
  • Responsible for maintaining the "Taskings Tracking Matrix".
  • Responsible for issuing WARNORDs within 24 hours of tasking receipt.
  • Responsible for updating the G3 Command and Staff slides.
  • Manage the MCoE Cyclic Support Program.
  • Manage MCoE taskings in support of WIAS (Worldwide Individual Augmentation System) taskings, experiments, and Advance Concept Technology Demonstrations (ACTDs).
  • Recommend priorities and tasks for personnel and equipment required to fill off-installation commitments, including short-term loans for exercises, tests, and other projects.
  • Sever as the centralized tasking agency for MCoE, coordinate and task all MACOM, SATMO, and installation support requirements.
  • Coordinate, evaluate, and task all troop and equipment requirements in support of FRAGO’s, MACOMs, and installation support requirements.
  • Coordinate funerals for 82 counties in Georgia, and Alabama.
  • Task all TDY requirements for MACOMs.
  • Consolidate all OPORDs (tasking requests/FRAGO’s) for Post support/involvement.
  • Coordinate the preparation of specified FRAGO’s requiring MCoE support (short range).

Non Tenant Unit Support:


  • Coordinates the use of MCoE (USAIS, USAARMS) training assets and facilities for off post visiting units.
  • Coordinates tenant unit requests for on-and-off-post training with the installation units, directorates and staff.
  • Manages and coordinates training resources for Army, Navy and Air Force Active Components and Senior/Junior ROTC visiting units.
  • Implements, coordinates, and facilitates the USMA and ROTC Cadet Troop Leadership Training Program (CTLT) and the Drill Cadet Program (DCP) for USMA Cadets. Manages Reserve component training support.
  • Plans, allocates resources and requirements for Reserve and National Guard units training at FBGA.
  • Manages support for units conducting annual training (AT).
  • Manages support for units conducting inactive duty Training (IDT).
  • Manages Reserve component training support.

    Regulations:
    • Proponent for MCoE Regulation 145-3, ROTC cadet tours/visits.
    • Proponent for MCoE Circular 350-3.
    • Proponent for MCoE Circular 350-4, CTLT/DCLT.

Staff Inspection Program:


  • Coordinates the installation Staff Inspection Visit and the Staff Inspection Program at the Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) level to provide a routine realistic assessment of the MSC attainment of established MCoE administrative and operational goals and standards.
  • Schedules, coordinates, and conducts In/Out Briefs of the Staff Inspection Program.
  • Oversee inspectors from 13 Directorates inspecting 82 functional areas and 12 MSCs annually.
  • Coordinates support requirements for FORSCOM units, DA, and IMCOM Inspection Teams.
