Vehicle Crew Evaluators Course

Course Scope

The VCE course consists of five days of training to prepare Soldiers for evaluation of the crews during Mounted Machine Gun, ATGM and Main Gun gunnery exercises. During the course, Soldiers are trained on scoring, timing, engagement techniques, search techniques, and the After Action Review process.

Prerequisites

  • E5 (P) to E8
    • -
  • Assigned to an Mounted Machine Gun(MMG) platform (non MOS-specific)
  • Must volunteer for the course
  • One year experience as a vehicle commander or gunner
